Group 1 Automotive is hiring Automotive Sales Professionals across multiple dealership locations, including South Pointe CJDR, South Pointe Honda, South Pointe Chevrolet, and BMW of Tulsa.

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and represent trusted automotive brands.

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, showcase vehicle options, and guide them through a professional and transparent buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
• Strong motivation to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude with a high-energy, customer-focused approach
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
• Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license for the state of employment and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening
