We support data center locations both north and south of Waco, TX, and are targeting candidates based between Dallas and Austin. Waco is the ideal location due to its convenient access to both sites; however, we are open to candidates who are willing to commute daily from Dallas or Austin. What You’ll Do Participate in startup and commissioning of new units, applying expertise to support a state‑of‑the‑art facility. Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and execute regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units. Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents, including blueprints and diagrams. Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure timely escalation of issues for resolution when necessary. Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing requirements, operating equipment safely, recognizing HVAC‑related hazards, completing safety training, and implementing effective safety measures. Required High School Diploma or GED Maintain a valid Driver’s License Have a EPA Universal 5+ years working experience in the HVAC Industry Experienced in the operation, maintenance, and repair of high‑capacity chillers (300+ tons).
