We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist to join a growing marketing team. This hands-on position is responsible for executing managing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands and platforms.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in paid digital advertising ecommerce email marketing SEO social media and content development. This individual will work closely with marketing leadership to implement strategies analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility customer engagement and online conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

• Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads PPC display advertising retargeting and paid social media.

• Execute campaigns across platforms such as Google LinkedIn Reddit and other relevant digital channels.

• Develop campaign strategies involving keyword selection audience targeting budgets and creative assets.

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting messaging and advertising spend to maximize results.

• Conduct keyword audience and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

• Provide recommendations to marketing leadership based on campaign analytics and performance.

Ecommerce & Website Optimization

• Maintain and update website content product information imagery and promotional materials.

• Support ecommerce initiatives focused on increasing qualified website traffic customer acquisition and conversions.

• Create and optimize campaign landing pages and assist with basic website development.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve website merchandising product visibility and the overall customer experience.

• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and product discoverability.

• Support Google Merchant Center product feeds and Shopping campaigns.

• Analyze website performance and recommend improvements to user engagement and conversion rates.

Email Marketing & Social Media

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters product announcements promotions and automated communications.

• Manage email contact lists audience segmentation and targeted messaging.

• Write engaging email content subject lines and calls to action.

• Maintain social media content calendars and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram.

• Develop content highlighting products services customer success stories and organizational capabilities.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Track email and social media performance including engagement click-through rates conversions and lead generation.

Content Development & Brand Management

• Create and update digital content including website copy blog posts email campaigns social media posts landing pages and advertising materials.

• Translate technical or product-related information into engaging customer-friendly messaging.

• Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms to maximize reach and consistency.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.

• Leverage AI and other digital tools to improve content creation efficiency while maintaining accuracy and brand standards.

• Ensure marketing communications comply with applicable privacy and email marketing regulations.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Search Console advertising dashboards and ecommerce reporting tools.

• Track and report key performance indicators related to website traffic campaign effectiveness customer engagement and conversions.

• Identify marketing trends opportunities for improvement and underperforming campaigns.

• Recommend actionable strategies to improve overall digital marketing performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• 35 years of hands-on digital marketing experience preferably with direct responsibility for campaign execution.

• Proven experience managing Google Ads PPC campaigns and paid digital advertising.

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 Google Search Console and Google Merchant Center.

• Experience with paid social media advertising retargeting and audience development.

• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and website conversion optimization.

• Experience managing email marketing campaigns contact segmentation and automated marketing communications.

• Strong understanding of SEO keyword research and content optimization.

• Excellent written communication and content development skills.

• Ability to analyze marketing data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Self-motivated resourceful and comfortable working independently within a collaborative team.

• Google Ads Google Analytics or related digital marketing certifications are a plus.
