Schedule/Hours Night shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Minimum 3 RT staff per shift for optimal support Qualifications/Desired Experience Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential; CRT or NBRC Minimum 6 months of recent acute care hospital RRT experience Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications Preferred: Experience with Meditech, PICU, and NICU Key Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapies and treatments across ED, Pediatrics, ICU, NICU, and Med Surg Operate advanced ventilator equipment and assist with intubations Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and provide education to patients and staff Collaborate closely with a diverse, team-oriented group of professionals Exercise critical thinking and autonomy in ventilator liberation and acute interventions Why This Assignment?
