Responsibilities Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people. Ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures and maintains full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning and engaging characters to drive the curriculum and create a fun, enriching learning experience. Drive consistent business results through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations; manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll. Engage prospective families through in‑person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the program’s benefits, and organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment. Qualifications Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required). State‑specific Administrative or Director credential and compliance with any other state‑specific guidelines for the role. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred). Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
