**Pay:** $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Summary

Calibre Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Production Technician - Blender to join our team. This role is responsible for operating blending and production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

· Set up, operate, and monitor blending machines according to SOPs.

· Prepare and maintain equipment for production runs.

· Weigh and record product specifications accurately.

· Perform periodic checks on machine output and product quality.

· Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.

· Assist with machine breakdown, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly.

· Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.

· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures.

· Complete required documentation for production and quality control.

· Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams

Qualifications

· Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

· Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

· Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

· Ability to use basic measurement tools.

· Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
