Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Duties Conduct thorough legal research using case management software and legal discovery tools to support ongoing cases and investigations. Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Manage case files and document repositories using document management systems such as Filevine or similar platforms. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up‑to‑date case records and client information. Assist with legal discovery processes by organizing, indexing, and analyzing evidence and documents. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, adhering to privacy protocols and legal standards. Support attorneys in preparing for trials, depositions, and client meetings by organizing materials and conducting research on relevant legal terminology and procedures. Experience Proven paralegal experience within a law office environment or legal department with 2-3 years of experience. Demonstrated ability to perform legal research using various tools and databases. Strong analysis skills to interpret complex legal documents and data. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation and communication. Familiarity with case management software and document management systems such as iManage or equivalent platforms. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all legal documentation.
