Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, venue selection, and scheduling. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives for each event. Negotiate contracts and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Develop detailed event timelines and ensure all team members and stakeholders adhere to schedules. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions. Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges promptly. Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office suite. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
