Lords and Ladies Salon and Medical Spa is a leading, nationally recognized provider of a broad range of services to commercial and industrial properties. Our properties include office buildings, medical facilities, and senior living properties.

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You will be the first point of contact with our clients and residents.

We are looking for evening and weekend availability. Must be able to work 2-3 evening shifts per week and at least 1 full weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly, professional manner
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, residents, and guests
• Document front desk log of calls, visitors, emails, etc.
• Schedule maintenance and supplies for common areas as needed
• Coordinate with Maintenance to schedule work on common areas as needed
• Coordinate with Maintenance to schedule work on property as needed
• Coordinate with Maintenance to schedule work on common areas as needed
• Communicate with Property Manager regarding any issues or concerns residents may have regarding property management or maintenance (informing appropriate staff when necessary)
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Skills and Qualifications
·Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
·Minimum of one (1) year front desk experience preferred.
·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
.Must be able to work 2 night shifts and 1 weekend shift.
