• Pay: $ 20.14/hour

• Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

• Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM for approximately 4-6 weeks

• Length: 12 months with potential of extension

Responsibilities for a Data Entry Clerk include but are not limited to:

• Handle complex files, proactively address production issues, and assist with client escalations while ensuring timely resolution.

• Monitor, review, and validate documentation requirements while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Perform accurate data entry using a full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad while meeting established SLA deadlines.

• Resolve customer and peer inquiries, prioritize workloads effectively, and communicate escalated issues as needed.

Candidates for Data Entry Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous Data Entry experience is required.

• Ability to accurately key large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Experience reviewing documentation and following established procedures and guidelines.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with lockbox products, particularly healthcare-related lockbox processing, is preferred.

• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Pay Details: $20.14 per hour
