Clinical Director - Remote
Empowered Staffing
Empowered Staffing is partnered with a drug and alcohol rehab organization offering detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Clinical Director for its newest facility in Richmond to manage and lead the clinical staff and oversee facility programming.
Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function
A Masters degree (or higher) in a related field is preferred
~5 years of supervisory experience in a hospital/ residential setting preferred; 3 years of experience in chemical dependency/dual-diagnosed clients
~ Current LPC, LCSW, or LSATP license in the state of Virginia
