By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Data Stage - ETL Sr. Developer to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).Job Description:- Design, develop and deliver data integration (ETL) solutions using IBM DataStage, Oracle, SQL Server and Teradata- Guide junior developers distributed across different geographic locations and manage the technical delivery- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and guide the requirements by providing insights of EDW - Participate in design, implementation and peer reviews- Participate and guide data integration solutions that are needed to fill the data gaps- Debug data quality issues by analyzing the upstream sources and provide guidance to data integration team resolutions- Work closely work with DBAs to fix performance bottlenecks- Participate in technology governance groups that defines policies, best practices and make design decisions in on-going projects - Collaborate with data modelling team to define data integration logic- Work closely with support teams for code migrations and production supportSpecific Skills:- Recent experience and clear responsibilities in a ETL Lead / ETL Lead Developer capacity- 5 plus years of experience in data integration (ETL) with 3 or more in solution development using DataStage suite- 5 or more years of experience in RDBMS / Data Warehousing platforms like Oracle, SQL Server and Teradata- Must be an expert in Shell Script development to automate data refresh job workflows- Strong SQL knowledge and ability to write most complex queries- Conceptual understanding of logical and physical data model is a must and a working experience is a plus- Ability to develop and maintain data integration/ETL specifications that states integration rules and mappingsThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
