Position Summary:

Support the Department by creating Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoints, showing benefit renewals and pricing. Email & Phone communications with Teammates and Carriers.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Spreading Current Plans and premiums.
2. Receive and review renewal from Carrier with Account Team and Producer
3. Preparation of RFP for review with Account Team and Producer.
4. Release RFP to requested Carriers.
5. Follow-up, receive and review quotes from Carriers. Answer questions from Carriers, communicate with Account Team, if necessary, then update the Carrier.
6. Give all quote correspondence from the Carriers to the Producer and Account Team for determination of what plans and rates to utilize.
7. Finalize Client Presentation with Account Team and Producer.
8. Maintain, print and prepare materials for client meetings.
9. Maintain effective information management between Account Team, Producer and Carrier through all applicable means of communication.
10. Obtain confirmation on finalized rates from Carrier in writing.
11. Send Sold Plans, Comp Disclosure, and OE Guides to Account Team.
12. Ensure all required filing materials are located within BAM and the server

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

1. High School Diploma required.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially in Excel
3. Employee Benefits experience helpful, but not required
