Highmark Health is seeking a full-time RN with care management experience for a remote role that requires weekend availability (Sat/Sun) plus three weekdays. You will review care, apply criteria for appropriate utilization, and collaborate with Health Coaches and case management to improve member outcomes. You will educate providers, ensure privacy, and analyze outcomes data to drive quality improvements.
