In this position you will also assist Buyer/Supervisor on buy negotiations.Suitable candidates have strong organizational skills and encompass the ability to collaborate successfully with teams, assist on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing department with the ability to materially impact the business.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates the required skills to input and maintain the media schedulePerforms stewardship functions relating to client schedules, including maintenance and tracking of schedules.Provide support to Buyers/Supervisors on assigned projects and tasksDemonstrates accuracy in all projectsMeets timelines and deadlines on completing tasks and projectsMaintains good organizational skillsSkills and Qualifications0-1 years experienceBachelor's degree in Media Studies, Digital Media or Communications preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetailed oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work within a team and independentlyStrong time management skillsAbility to prioritize and work in a fast paced, changing environmentIntermediate math and numeracy skills are crucialMust have the legal right to work in the United StatesAdditional InformationThis position is based in ICON's corporate office.
