Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Career Growth: Opportunities to expand automation and engineering skillsets Tuition Reimbursement Programs HSA Medical Plan with Annual Employer Contribution Employee Perks Program: Discounts on travel, shopping, and more Collaborative Work Environment: Cross-functional engineering, operations, and maintenance teams Stable & Growing Business: Continued expansion creating long-term career opportunities Job Details Hiring for 2 shifts: 6:00am - 6:00pm 6:00pm - 6:00am Key Responsibilities and Duties Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V) Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley) Conduct mechanical repairs on conveyors, augers, mixers, pumps, and drive systems Perform maintenance on fillers, cappers, cookers, coolers, and processing equipment Execute welding and fabrication tasks, including torch cutting and plasma cutting Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, boilers, and water softeners Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and plant safety procedures Perform lubrication, inspections, and general maintenance tasks Support plant operations by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed Qualifications – Needed High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience Experience in food manufacturing or processing environment (required) Strong background in electrical systems (AC/DC, 480V required) Proven experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley required) Welding certification or strong welding experience (required) Experience with mechanical systems, fabrication, and pipefitting Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations Ability to work all shifts and in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Bilingual (preferred but not required) Forklift certification or ability to obtain Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
