Location: Sussex, WI Schedule: Sunday‑Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our converting, printing, and extruding equipment operates safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery, building systems, and grounds Troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic issues Installing new machines and programming PLCs Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials Conducting tool & die and fixture work Supporting cross‑training and departmental organization (5S) Documenting work and assisting in root cause analysis Communicating professionally and collaborating across shifts Traveling occasionally (up to 5%) to other company locations What You Bring Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Proficiency with basic gauges, measuring tools, and machine control systems Solid communication skills and a team‑oriented mindsetExperience with SAP and Excel (preferred) Lean manufacturing experience (preferred) Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
