Job Details 140 hospital beds 4‑bed open ICU One physician per day Hospitalist is on site 7 am – 5 pm and on call 5 pm – 7 pm SCP Health Telehospitalist Hub covers hospital medicine service 7 pm – 7 am Part of the Ochsner Lafayette General Health System Collegial work environment with ED managed by SCP 7 on / 7 off block schedule Subspecialty support in Cardiology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Hematology/Oncology, Nephrology, Neurology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Radiology, Urology Attractive bonus package for full time Visa sponsorship: can sponsor J‑1 Visas and H‑1 B Visas at this program Facility Information Ochsner Acadia General Hospital – American Legion Post 15 is a 140‑bed, non‑profit hospital, part of Ochsner Lafayette General Health system. The hospital provides acute medical and surgical care, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatric, orthopedic, otolaryngology, 24/7 cardiology services, hyperbaric medicine and much more. With a brand new emergency department, Acadia General Hospital offers top‑notch patient care maintaining excellent patient satisfaction rates.
