Design and implement innovative adoption and engagement strategies that address complex organizational challenges and enable sustainable business transformation. Conduct comprehensive change impact, readiness, and stakeholder analyses, evaluating organizational, operational, process, technology, and cultural implications across global business functions. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive sponsors, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and recommendations to drive leadership alignment and sponsorship effectiveness. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with significant organizational impact. Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks, with the ability to apply theory to innovative business solutions. Experience supporting major ERP, HRIS, or technology transformation programs, including Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
