Wound Care Nurse (RN)

Overview Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville is a 154-bed facility that provides long‑term or short‑term 24‑hour nursing services in a home‑like atmosphere. We offer specialized services with excellent outcomes for orthopedic, neurological, surgical, respiratory, and medically compromised individuals, along with a full range of therapy services. How You Will Make a Difference Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality of care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures. What You Need to Make a Difference Possess an active RN license in the state of residence. Hold a current/active CPR certification. Be customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Possess excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
