The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer service oversight, and supervisory duties for associates in the assigned zone.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency in English. Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, standing, bending, and operating a motor vehicle.
