Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience required.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of SAP data migration experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Syniti DSP/ADMM (ADM).
- Experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.
- Proficiency with Syniti DSP, Syniti ADMM/ADM, SQL Server/T-SQL, SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), data mapping and transformation, and data validation and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of SAP data structures and business processes.
- Preferred experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects, Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP), and SAP Information Steward.
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM/EAM, and WM/EWM is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Syniti ADM/DSP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Data Migration, and SAP Data Services (BODS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders in fast-paced delivery environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain data migration solutions using Syniti DSP/ADMM.
- Configure and develop migration objects, mappings, transformations, business rules, and workflows in Syniti DSP.
- Perform data extraction, profiling, cleansing, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation.
- Develop Source-to-Target Mapping specifications and transformation logic.
- Create and maintain migration reports, dashboards, and audit controls.
- Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data quality rules.
- Support mock conversion cycles, dress rehearsals, cutover, and production deployments.
- Conduct pre-load and post-load validation and resolve migration issues.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, business users, and data owners to define migration requirements.
- Troubleshoot migration defects and conduct root cause analysis.
- Support migration of SAP master and transactional data objects.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and data quality standards.
- Analyze source systems, profile data, assess data quality, and participate in mapping workshops.
- Develop migration rules and transformations, configure Syniti migration objects, and conduct unit and integration testing.
