What You’ll Do As our Financial Controller, you will: Lead and develop the Accounting Department Oversee all accounting operations, including: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll Cash Management Bank Reconciliations Month-end and year-end close Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets and recommend cost-control strategies Manage the organization's annual audit process Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements Maintain strong internal controls and sound accounting practices Oversee the organization's ERP system and accounting processes Review insurance coverage and help mitigate organizational risk Support financial oversight of federal contracts and grants Perform and oversee 401(k) audit activities and Form 5500 filing Identify financial trends and provide recommendations to the CFO Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan's Heartland, Inc. in
