Proposal Coordinator

Proposal CoordinatorWe have an immediate opening for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Phoenix, AZ office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will:Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/QsEngage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverablesPrepare and update technical resumes and project write-upsHelp maintain the template/content library and CRM programAssist with various other marketing-related tasksRequired Technical SkillsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)2 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training).Required SkillsStrong work ethicTeamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiativesAbility to collaborate with internal teams and departmentsPositive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solveStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlinesComfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasksStrong grammar and creative writing skillsAbility to work independently when neededSalary range: Depending on experience and qualificationsYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Job Type: Full-Time; in-office, with possibility of one day remote/ hybrid scheduleSOCOTEC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
