You will manage end-to-end workflows, oversee content creation, and serve as a resource for systems and best practices. As a vital member of the Pursuits Team, you will contribute to shaping strategy and enhancing the firm's positioning through clear messaging and effective storytelling. After completing training, there is an option to work remotely 1-2 days per week.What you will accomplishProposal Strategy and DevelopmentOversee proposal responses from kickoff to delivery, ensuring compliance and alignment.Interpret RFQs/RFPs and develop compliance checklists and timelines.Create and refine narrative content, including resumes and project summaries.Lead content planning and proposal reviews with internal teams.Content Leadership and Information ManagementMaintain and update proposal assets, including templates and resumes.Audit content to reflect current firm experience and market trends.Collaborate with experts to gather and verify technical information.Establish standards for naming, folder structure, and version control.Visual Communication and BrandingProduce branded proposals and presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint.Create or oversee graphics, diagrams, and visual elements.Ensure deliverables meet brand and formatting standards.Provide visual quality review and feedback to junior team members.Collaboration and Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with stakeholders, project teams, and partners to align messaging.Facilitate kickoff, milestone, and review meetings for quality and efficiency.Support teaming discussions and partner outreach as needed.Collaborate cross-departmentally for technical accuracy and strategy.Time and Workflow ManagementManage multiple pursuits and deliverables independently under tight deadlines.Prioritize tasks, anticipate challenges, and adjust timelines proactively.Initiate follow-ups to keep the team on track.Own the proposal schedule and drive team accountability.Department ContributionMentor junior team members and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.Contribute thoughtful input in meetings and strategy sessions.Drive improvements in workflows, tools, and team effectiveness.What we would like you to haveBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3+ years proposal experience in commercial construction.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe InDesign.Strong organizational, technical writing, and content enhancement skills.You're inspired by our valuesAltruistic - Our foundation is built upon the authentic, selfless concern we share for the success and wellbeing of others.Fair 360 - We illuminate with kindness by seeking to understand before being understood and by caring more than may seem reasonable so we can achieve genuine success for all.Strategic - The blueprint that guides the creation of a genuine place of purpose expresses the clarity of our vision, the rigor of our thought and the character of our word.Sincere - We present no facades, only genuine elevations of truth, trust, and wholehearted loyalty to the employees we mentor, the clients we serve and the communities we call home.Nimble - Our structural integrity is ensured through the balance of resourcefulness, responsiveness, and adaptability and strengthened by being well-rounded in the market to serve at the highest levels.CompensationAlongside cash, our total compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and 100% employee ownership.
