GENERAL MANAGER — RENO, NV

$105,000 Base + Uncapped Performance Bonus

Expected First-Year Compensation: $150,000–$250,000+

The Mission

Reno has the people, equipment and market opportunity to become substantially larger and more profitable.

Your job is simple:

Build it.

You will own:

• Division P&L and profitability
• Revenue growth and business development
• Leadership and accountability
• Sales and estimating performance
• Operational execution
• Recruiting and developing great people

You will have significant authority — and be expected to produce significant results.

What We Do

We provide commercial pavement, maintenance and proprietary winter services to property managers, facility managers, commercial owners, HOAs and general contractors.

You do not need to be an asphalt expert on day one.

We provide an intensive two-week onboarding program in Reno, including industry-specific training and training on our proprietary systems and software.

Bring the leadership, organization and business-building ability. We'll give you the tools to attack the market.

We're Looking for a Proven Performer

This is not a position for someone learning how to become a General Manager.

We want someone who can show us what they have already accomplished.

Tell us:

• How much did you grow it?
• How did you improve profitability?
• What major customers did you help win?
• What measurable results did you personally create?

Specific numbers beat adjectives.

Compensation

$105,000 base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus.

A strong first-year GM should realistically earn $150,000–$250,000+.

Build something exceptional and you can earn substantially more.
