Our team is focused on building efficiently, solving problems, and delivering quality projects./ppWere looking for a hands-on, accountable Field Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on our construction sites. This role is responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality, and driving projects safely to completion./ppThe ideal candidate will be someone who takes ownership in the field, communicates clearly, and keeps projects moving without constant oversight./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliOversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover, buildings, sitework, utilities, etc./liliManage, schedule and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and per plans/specs./liliMaintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager./liliConduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety./liliIdentify and proactively resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget./liliEnsure all work meets company quality standards and project requirements./liliCoordinate inspections and ensure readiness for key milestones./liliMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sites./liliProduce, update, and distribute a 3-wk schedule./liliCommunicate daily updates, progress, and issues to the Project Manager./liliEnforce jobsite safety requirements and company policies./liliAssist in project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover./li/ulh3Experiences Preferred/h3ulliProven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family and commercial construction./liliExperience working on projects with multiple buildings or phased turnover./liliStrong ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track./liliSolid understanding of construction sequencing, plans, and specifications./liliAbility to read drawings and identify conflicts or issues early./liliStrong communication skills: direct, clear, and solution-oriented./liliHigh level of accountability and ownership in the field./liliComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts./liliOSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety./liliGeneral familiarity with Bluebeam software, Microsoft Office, etc./liliExperience managing projects from sitework through full building turnover/liliFamiliarity with local municipalities, inspection processes, and C of O processes./liliAbility to assist in short-term lookahead scheduling and sequencing planning./liliExperience working closely with Project Managers and understanding division of responsibilities./liliExperience coordinating with utility companies and handling site logistics./liliStrong understanding of quality control processes and punch list management./liliExperience on projects with tight schedules and high turnover demands./liliBasic understanding of budgeting impacts (how field decisions affect cost)./li/ul/div
