Recruiting Coordinator

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for building a high-quality caregiver team by leading all aspects of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. This role focuses on attracting, screening, and selecting caregivers who align with CareCo's values and standards while delivering a strong candidate experience. The Recruiting Coordinator manages job postings, reviews applicants, conducts interviews, and partners with leadership to make hiring decisions that support growth and quality of care. This position also plays a key role in onboarding, training coordination, and caregiver engagement to ensure new hires are set up for success and long-term retention. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and people-driven, with the ability to manage a high volume of applicants while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Responsibilities Create and manage job postings to attract qualified caregivers Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews Coordinate hiring decisions, offers, and onboarding processes Ensure all caregiver documentation and files remain compliant Track applicant flow and maintain accurate recruiting records Support onboarding, orientation, and initial caregiver training Assist with caregiver engagement and retention initiatives Communicate consistently with candidates and internal team members Support general administrative and recruiting-related tasks Participate in the On-Call rotation Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience Strong communication, organization, and interviewing skills Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities Experience with Google Suite and applicant tracking systems Healthcare or home care experience preferred Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, On-Call Rotation Benefits: PTO, Performance-based Incentives, Optional Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
