Base Pay $16.50 / Hour Job Category Cultivation, Greenhouse, Full Time Employee Type Full Time Manage Others No Description The Cannabis Cultivation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the health, quality, and consistency of our cannabis crops throughout their life cycle. Working in a Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP)-compliant facility, this role is essential to maintaining a clean, efficient, and professional cultivation environment that meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform all tasks in the cannabis growth cycle including cloning, transplanting, soil/media preparation, nutrient application, canopy management (cropping, defoliation, etc.), and harvesting. Monitor plant health and report abnormalities, pests, or environmental issues. Maintain accurate cultivation and inventory records in compliance with internal tracking systems and regulatory requirements. Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation procedures. Support equipment calibration and routine system checks. Collaborate with team and leaders to implement best practices and ensure adherence to SOPs. Required Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to learn and actively listen to instructions and feedback. Proven work ethic and dedication to task completion. Professional demeanor with a collaborative and team-oriented approach. Ability to follow strict hygiene and contamination prevention protocols Attention to detail and strong observation skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to work a minimum of eight (8) hours per day and accommodate rotating shift schedules. Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including sitting, squatting, bending, and kneeling throughout the workday. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Proficiency in using a ladder (up to 12-foot extension) and general hardware tools for basic repairs. Schedule & Availability: In accordance with operational needs, employees may be required to work beyond their regular work hours, including overtime, weekends, and recognized holidays. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, employees are expected to remain flexible and available to meet business demands as necessary. Overtime work will be compensated in accordance with applicable labor laws and company policies. Potential exposure to pollen and allergens. General office environment with extended computer usage. Exposure to various working conditions, including but not limited to: chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, noise, protective gear, vibrations, and water. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and required in designated areas. Additional Considerations: Management retains the prerogative to assign additional job duties as necessary.
