Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club is looking for a Clubhouse Dining Manager who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine love of hospitality to our dining operation.

This isn’t a behind-the-desk management job. You’ll be out on the floor — supporting your team, talking with members, solving problems, and making sure service runs smoothly.

If you’re someone who can lead a pre-shift meeting, coach an employee, handle a member request, and jump in to help the team when the dining room gets busy, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee the day-to-day service in our Clubhouse dining operation while leading and developing our front-of-house team. The position supervises our floor managers, banquet captains, servers, bartenders, bussers, hosts, and food runners. 

You’ll:

• Lead, coach, train, and motivate our dining team 
• Be a visible and welcoming presence for members and guests 
• Oversee daily dining room service and ensure things run smoothly 
• Lead pre-shift meetings and keep the team informed and prepared 
• Create schedules and help manage labor within budget 
• Work closely with the kitchen to keep communication and service flowing 
• Handle member requests and service concerns with professionalism and care 
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and service 
• Support banquets and special events when needed 
• Jump in and help wherever needed — because that’s what great leaders do 

This is a hands-on position, and the successful manager should be comfortable stepping into the roles they supervise when additional coverage is needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of food & beverage supervisory or management experience  
• Hospitality experience; private club experience is a plus, but not required 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and current hospitality trends 
• Experience training and developing employees 
• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred 
• ServSafe, Florida Food Manager (CPFM), and TIPS certifications
• Flexibility to work a hospitality schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
