We are currently seeking a CSR (Customer Service Rep.) to become a part of our organization! You manage day-to-day client accounts, process policy changes, answer coverage questions, and assist in the claims process to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Explaining policy details (deductibles, coverage limits) and claim statuses in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Addressing billing issues, payment discrepancies, and coverage disputes professionally.
• Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and binders upon request.
• Updating personal or business information and processing changes to existing policies (e.g., adding a new vehicle or driver).
• Reviewing policies before expiration, verifying information, and guiding clients through the renewal process.
• Taking initial details from a client when a loss occurs and walking them through the next steps.
• Acting as a bridge between the client and the claims adjuster to check on claim progression. 
• Identifying gaps in a client's coverage and recommending additional policies (like an umbrella policy) to protect them better.
• Meticulously updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases so anyone in the agency can seamlessly assist the client.

Qualifications:

• At minimum, have a P&C (Property & Causality License)
• Previous experience in commercial and/or personal lines insurance is preferred, not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
