As a Director of Dining Services, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a dynamic dining account, driving excellence in food quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance. You will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational and financial success. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of associates to deliver an outstanding dining experience Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and cross-functional partners Collaborate with the Chef and leadership team to design innovative, high-quality menus Oversee all aspects of financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls Ensure consistent delivery of superior food quality, presentation, and service standards Drive the implementation of new culinary programs and initiatives aligned with Canteen’s vision Maintain compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in foodservice operations, including high-volume production and catering Proven experience managing budgets and financial performance Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Eagerness to grow and advance within a best-in-class foodservice organization Associates at Canteen are offered many fantastic benefits.
