What You'll Do:

• Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation therapies independently
• Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and assist with airway management, including intubations
• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory conditions
• Work with pediatric to geriatric patient populations in a critical access hospital setting
• Support physicians in respiratory procedures and patient assessment
• Document patient care activities accurately in Cerner EMR
• Maintain familiarity with hospital protocols and infection control procedures

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
• Ability to work independently with invasive/non-invasive ventilation technologies
• Experience in airway management and ABG draws

Preferred:

• Experience with PFTs (pulmonary function tests)
• Prior work in critical access or hospital environments
