Clevelander Hotel seeks an energetic and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Leader to join our dynamic team. We're looking for service-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and inspire excellence in every guest interaction at one of Miami Beach's most legendary properties.
The Role:
Lead and elevate our F&B operations with vision and accountability. You'll manage daily service, mentor your team, optimize guest experiences, and drive profitability through operational excellence.What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hospitality management experience
- Passion for service excellence and team development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining energy and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and POS systems
- A collaborative spirit and positive attitude
