Youll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if theyre a great culture fit for the brokerage. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with team lead to understand the teams hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone (Zoom) and to assess candidate qualifications and fit Manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating interview feedback, and extending offers Build and maintain a pipeline of top candidates for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Provide regular updates to team lead on recruitment progress and results QUALIFICATIONS Previous recruitment experience with commission-based roles (preferably Reals Estate Agents) Recruitment experience in Raleigh, NC, and Atlanta, GA Hungry to do more People-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Competitive Team player Consistent Persistent COMPENSATION $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience Core Values: Think Limitless Execute Grit Daily Clients First, Always No Excuses, Find Solutions Theres Always Room to Grow CORE PRINCIPLES: Personal Responsibility Accountability Commitment Contribution
