Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care and address patient concerns

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in mop-up duties and assist with tidying up the unit as needed

• Provide support to other members of the healthcare team to ensure smooth operation of the unit

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New York

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or LPN training preferred

• 0 years of experience (entry-level LPNs encouraged to apply!)

• Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
