White Glove Placement is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility located in Boonville, NY. Be part of a team that values excellence, compassion, and professional growth!

• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• Shift Options:

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Schedule Options:

  • 5 x 8-hour shifts

  • 3 x 8-hour shifts

• Every other weekend required s

Role Overview:

As an LPN with White Glove Placement, you will deliver quality bedside care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and documenting patients’ vital signs

• Administering medications and treatments

• Following physicians’ orders

• Supporting elderly, rehabilitative, and long-term care residents with daily needs

Requirements:

• Active New York State LPN License

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
