CMM ProgrammerA growing, well-established aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support precision inspection of complex components.Key responsibilities include:Develop and validate CMM programs for final and in-process inspectionOperate CMM equipment to support production and program prove-outsInterpret engineering drawings and GD&TEnsure compliance with quality and safety standardsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:5+ years of CMM programming experience in aerospace or precision manufacturingStrong knowledge of CMM software and dimensional inspectionAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsHigh school diploma or equivalent required (technical degree preferred)Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsProlonged standing and hands-on machine operationMust be authorized to work in the U.S.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented organization with strong long-term growth and investment in advanced manufacturing technology.
