Content Coordinator

Job Description The Content Coordinator will support content operations initiatives by taking previously authored content and loading it into content management systems. This is not a traditional copyediting or editorial writing role. Responsibilities include converting free-text content into structured fields, organizing content according to established standards, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining consistent formatting, and supporting content migration efforts. The individual will work extensively within CMS platforms and QuickBase, following predefined workflows to ensure content is accurately captured, categorized, and maintained. Success in this role will come from strong attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to efficiently process large volumes of content while adhering to established procedures. • Relevant professional experience or recent college graduate with strong technical aptitude
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) or willingness to learn new content platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar generative AI platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality • Experience in digital publishing, healthcare content, or educational content environments
