Reports to: Social Media Lead Location: Early to Mid-Career Professional (2-4+ years of experience)

The Content Creator is responsible for producing the daily content that keeps honeygrow relevant, engaging, and culturally connected. Reporting to the Social Media Lead, this role captures the food, people, restaurants, and moments that make honeygrow unique, transforming them into social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
This is a highly creative, hands-on role for someone passionate about the intersection of community and content creation. You'll spend your time filming, editing, copywriting, engaging with our community, identifying trends, discovering creators, and helping bring the brand to life every day. Content Creation

Capture and edit high-quality short-form video and photography for social platforms.
Film in restaurants, at events, in the test kitchen, and in the community.
Create platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy that reflect honeygrow's brand voice.
Stay on top of trends while adapting them authentically for the brand.
Organize and maintain a growing library of photo and video assets.
Community Management

Publish scheduled content across social platforms.
Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions daily.
Respond quickly with a friendly, authentic, and on-brand voice.
Surface customer feedback, trends, and emerging conversations to the Social Media Lead.
Help foster an engaged and loyal online community.
Influencer & Creator Support

Research and identify local creators and influencers that align with the brand.
Assist with outreach, gifting, partnerships, and campaign coordination.
Maintain creator databases and relationship tracking.
Coordinate content collection and usage rights.
Support influencer events and restaurant visits.
Trend & Culture Monitoring

Monitor social trends, memes, platform updates, and emerging creators.
Bring fresh content ideas to weekly planning sessions.
Identify opportunities for reactive or real-time content.
Partner with Marketing, Design, Culinary, Operations, and Restaurant Teams to capture authentic stories.
Support campaign launches, LTOs, grand openings, community events, and brand initiatives.
Assist with content production during photo and video shoots.
2-4+ years creating content for a brand, agency, or as an independent creator.

• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar editing software.
• Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and creator culture.
• Passion for food, storytelling, and social media.

Experience in restaurant, food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Photography or advanced editing skills.
Experience managing influencer relationships.
Basic motion graphics or animation.
Experience using social management platforms like Sprout Social or Sprinklr.
