This is not a traditional copyediting or editorial writing role. Responsibilities include converting free-text content into structured fields, organizing content according to established standards, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining consistent formatting, and supporting content migration efforts. The individual will work extensively within CMS platforms and QuickBase, following predefined workflows to ensure content is accurately captured, categorized, and maintained. Success in this role will come from strong attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to efficiently process large volumes of content while adhering to established procedures.
