Speech Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Cross Country Education | Palm Beach County, Florida (On-site) About the Role Cross Country Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services to Elementary, Middle, and High School students throughout Palm Beach County, FL for the 2026-2027 school year. We have multiple openings available for dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping students achieve communication success. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals. Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Qualifications Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Florida Department of Education certification in Speech-Language Impaired. ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply – supervision provided. Previous school-based experience preferred. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available. Elementary, Middle, and High School caseloads. Caseloads determined by school assignment. Up to 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Hours may vary based on school needs and caseload. Candidates may be assigned to up to two school sites. In-person services required; no virtual positions available. Contract Dates First Student Day: August 10, 2026. Contract End Date: May 27, 2027.
