Director OF Training

We’re hiring a Training Director (Licensed Psychologist) at Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services in Sacramento, CA. This role focuses on supporting and refining a structured training program centered on neurodevelopmental and neuroaffirmative psychological assessment (including autism evaluation and related developmental testing). This is a unique opportunity for a licensed psychologist who enjoys developing emerging clinicians, values thoughtful supervision, and thrives in a structured, collaborative, growth-oriented environment. This role is especially well‑suited for a newly licensed or early‑career psychologist with strong assessment experience who is ready to step into a training leadership role within an established program. The Training Director will be supported by a training committee, structured materials, and executive leadership. The Training Director will focus on strengthening systems, refining training quality, and supporting trainee development while maintaining a meaningful, limited direct clinical caseload.
