Salary: 100% Commission Based after training

Full time Home Comfort Specialist

Lawson Home Services is seeking candidates for the Outside Sales position. We make your appointments.

Join our growing sales team! Help us grow our visionof a world with healthy, safe and comfortable homes.

Lawson Home Services mission is to build a team of exceptional team members, who deliver consistent and extraordinary results by working together to WOW our customers. We fix uncomfortable homes from the attic to the crawl space with a wide variety of solutions. We provide custom-designed solutions for all insulation needs, basement and crawlspace upgrades, as well as duct work cleaning and sealing to help homeowners enjoy a greener, more comfortable, and healthier home. We offer radon testing & solutions too!

Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners to build rapport and learn about their concerns
Conduct home inspections
Create proposals and solve homeowner problems

Requirements:

Must have a valid drivers license
You must be computer, tablet and app literate
You must have a proven sales success, or a combo of sales, construction, and/or energy management experience
You must be an active listener and have a high level of interpersonal skills
You want to be the best and are competitive
You are also a team player
You understand homeowners are attached to their home and this requires you to be compassionate as you help them find solutions
Your love for learning helps you advance and grow
You possess strong follow-up and organizational skills
A pre-employment full drug screen & background check is required before hiring
