Coordinator, Content - Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities Podcast production support Own the run‑of‑show document for each podcast episode Coordinate guest logistics: scheduling, pre‑interview prep materials Prepare host prep cards for the show's hosts Manage the episode publication workflow Collaborate with the social team to draft and schedule LinkedIn promotion Track episode performance metrics and compile them into a monthly reporting dashboard Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for influencer partners Maintain the influencer deliverables tracker Execute organic social promotion across LinkedIn for podcast episodes and influencer content Maintain the editorial calendar across podcast and influencer activations Build and maintain influencer briefing documents and profile decks Maintain and organize shared project workspaces Build and update recurring reports for the Influencer & Podcast lead Requirements 2–4 years in marketing, communications, content production, or influencer/partner‑program coordination Hands‑on experience with podcast or video production workflows Strong written communication skills Highly organized with strong project‑management instincts Familiar with B2B content marketing Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in podcast production support, project management, and influencer coordination, with a strong focus on communication and organizational skills.
