Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as an officer in the Air Force and later worked for REI. I'm a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and love spending time outdoors, especially mountain biking, skiing, and backpacking. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
