Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers the chance to work closely with a manageable caseload of 35–40 children, all at a single campus near Sun City West, AZ. Your assignment begins July 30, 2026, and continues through May 20, 2027, with a reliable schedule of 30 hours per week—perfect for professionals who appreciate work-life balance while making a positive impact.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially in a school setting, preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Dedication to fostering student growth, independence, and participation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students on your caseload
• Complete thorough assessments and contribute to IEP meetings and planning
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment
• Track progress, maintain compliance with documentation requirements, and adjust treatment as needed
• Assist in creating adaptive strategies and recommending equipment if necessary
