HVAC Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician Location: San Antonio, TX Pay Range: $27-$29hr Shift: 8am-5pm What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems. Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical systems, including units over 500 tons. Monitor system performance, record readings, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation. Assist with preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contractor oversight. Support team members with multi-faceted tasks beyond HVAC, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Experience with chillers, air compressors, condensers, HVAC, and piping.
