- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are in good working order and functioning properly
- Respond to and resolve resident and staff concerns related to maintenance and facility upkeep
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional care to our residents
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Maintenance Assistant or related experience/skills in a long-term care/skilled nursing/senior living setting
