Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe the location for unusual conditions, policy violations, and potential hazards; document incidents and complete required reports. Assist with traffic flow, lost-and-found inquiries, directions, and other visitor service needs while maintaining a professional presence. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
